was created in 2010 by Paula Loyola Schmidt. She majored in business at the Catholic University of Chile and obtained a masters degree from the same house of learning. She also attended the Kellogg Graduate School of Management for further postgraduate training.
She has proven business and marketing experience in the financial industry, telecommunications and retail.
In 2010 she creates WOMAN EYES, focused in bringing woman’s view to the
strategy of leading companies interested in assertively capturing their
women market and in developing ther talent pool with an innovative gender
vision.
She has also been a director of ANDA (National Advertising Association) and a key-note speaker at ICARE 2010 and 2011.
